Troy Waterfront Farmers Market Returns TOMORROW

TROY, NY (May 3) – The Troy Waterfront Farmers Market will be kicking off their 25th season TOMORROW, May 4. One of the biggest and best farmers markets in the COUNTRY, the Waterfront Market has a wide array of local merchandise, from fruits and vegetables to homemade decor and candles.

Mayor Carmella Mantello stated, "Today is not only a great day, but a historic day for Troy. For 25 seasons, the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market has bolstered the city's economy as a regional destination not only for the awesome variety of fresh locally-grown produce to homemade candles, but also for the comradery. In addition to the great shops, restaurants, and vendors along our magical waterfront, it provides a great opportunity to socialize with your friends, family and neighbors. We are SO grateful to house the best farmers market in New York, if not the best farmers market in the country!"

The Market will open at 9 a.m. and will close at 2 p.m. every Saturday until October. Please follow posted parking restrictions, but more importantly, ENJOY TROY!
