POSTPONED to RAIN DATE: The City of Portland is hosting a free, family-friendly Earth Day Celebration in Payson Park now postponed (due to rain) to Sunday, April 21, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM! There will be music, food trucks, facepaint, balloon animal making, and outdoor activities for the whole family.
